Really struggling for a team, so whether you have played in the leagues before or not, come give it a go, you might enjoy it. Scones and tea provided.

The sheets for the Winter league teams are now back up in the foyer. You have this week to decide if you no longer wish to have a side in the leagues. If you do not, please put a line through your team or let me know via text. I wll be doing the fixtures next week.

Congratulations to our Doncaster men in winning the Yorkshire County Double Rink Final at New Earswick. Great day, beating York 4-2, losing to Selby 4-2, before beating Hornsea 6-0 to secure victory.

The presentation of Cups and Prize Monies to the top two teams will take place before the Outdoor League's Pre Season Meeting at Wick CI on Thurs March 23r commencing at 1.00
The club AGM and prize presentation night will be on Sunday 30th April at 6.30pm. If any member has any proposals to put towards the meeting, please add to the form on the notice board or give to a member of the committee.
The final was extremely exciting with neither side able to relax as each hotly contested end attracted some exceptional bowling. After thirteen ends of a fearlessly competitive match played in the very best spirt Pamela Clark, Moira Crellin and Denise Green triumphed 14 – 8 over Elaine Norman, Sandra Fuller and Ann Wareham.
Congratulations to Andrew Walker who reached the final of the Yorkshire Singles at Thornaby. He lost 21-15 to Stan Thompson. Also good to have Alan Clark in the photo as the new Yorkshire President. Well done to both of you.

Congratulations to Andrew Walker on reaching the final stages of the EIBA National Singles Competition.
He now goes through to the finals preliminary round on Sunday 26th March (6.30pm) at Nottingham IBC against Michael Stone from Falaise.
Congratulations to Dave Higgins and this team who won the club Triples competition today, beating Bev Rylands side in a 1 end playoff after drawing 10-10 in the final. 3rd place went to Mick Bugdols team who beat Derek Gallons side. Thankyou to everyone who helped today.
