national competitions 2023/2024

 National competitions are run by the EIBA (English Indoor Bowling Association). Anybody affiliated to the club can enter these competitions which are ran through the winter season.  There are many formats to play in, including:

Mens/Ladies Singles
Mens/Ladies Pairs
Mens/Ladies Triples
Mens/Ladies Fours
Mens/Ladies Under 25 singles
Mens/Ladies Over 60’s
Mixed Pairs / Fours
Family Pairs

Look under Competitions / Early Rounds for this years entries.  Doncaster is in area 2.

There are also a couple of team competitions which are run by the EIBA, namely the Gents Denny Cup (and Plate for first round losers) and the Ladies Yetton Trophy (and Plate for first round losers).
